Steri-Clean

Steri-Clean is a franchised cleaning company that specializes in the cleanup and remediation of biohazardous materials, such as blood, bodily fluids, and other hazardous waste. The company was founded in 1995 by Cory Chalmers and has since grown to become a leader in the biohazard remediation industry, with franchise locations throughout the United States.  Franchise Marketing Systems worked with Steri-Clean to develop a growth strategy, manage territory planning and support new marketing and sales initiatives.

The primary service provided by Steri-Clean franchises is the cleanup and remediation of biohazardous materials. This includes cleaning up after accidents, suicides, homicides, and other traumatic events that leave behind biohazardous materials. The company also provides hoarding cleanup services, which involves removing clutter and debris from homes and other properties that have become overwhelmed with clutter.

Steri-Clean franchisees are trained to handle biohazardous materials safely and effectively. They use specialized equipment and cleaning products to remove all traces of the hazardous material, disinfect the affected area, and restore the property to a safe and habitable condition.

In addition to its primary biohazard cleanup services, Steri-Clean franchises also offer a range of related services, including mold remediation, water damage restoration, and crime scene cleanup. The company has also recently expanded its services to include COVID-19 cleaning and disinfection services.

One of the key benefits of owning a Steri-Clean franchise is the opportunity to help people during some of the most difficult and traumatic times in their lives. Franchisees are often called upon to clean up after accidents, suicides, and other traumatic events, and the work they do can have a significant impact on the lives of the people they serve.

Another benefit of owning a Steri-Clean franchise is the support provided by the franchisor. The company offers comprehensive training and ongoing support to help franchisees build and grow their businesses. Franchisees also benefit from the company’s established brand recognition and reputation in the industry.

To become a Steri-Clean franchisee, interested individuals must meet certain financial and operational requirements. Franchisees are responsible for the initial investment in their franchise, as well as ongoing royalty fees and marketing expenses. The company also requires franchisees to complete an initial training program and meet certain performance standards to maintain their franchise status.

Overall, Steri-Clean is a unique franchised cleaning company that provides important services to communities across the United States. With its focus on biohazard remediation and other specialized cleaning services, Steri-Clean franchises offer a rewarding and potentially lucrative business opportunity for entrepreneurs who are passionate about helping others and making a positive impact in their communities.
